What we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, property address or postal code, the type of work you need, and any message. We also record that you gave consent to be contacted. We do not use tracking that identifies you beyond what is needed to run the site.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange the work if you go ahead. Under Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL), we contact you because you asked us to and gave consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. To reply to you and deliver the work, your details may be handled by the people carrying out your job and by the email service that delivers the form to us. We share only what is needed for that, and nothing more.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our normal business records, then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To make a request, or to withdraw consent to be contacted, get in touch through our contact page.
