Every job is carried out by WorkSafeBC-covered, insured crews, and the soil side is handled with a qualified environmental professional. We quote the removal as a fixed price up front, keep you posted before any extra work, and hand over clean documentation at the end. If we find something that changes the cost, you hear it from us before we do it, not after.
Straight about the soil
Most tanks come out clean and that is the end of it. Some have leaked, and when they have, the honest thing is to test, show you the results, and lay out the cleanup and the cost plainly. We would rather tell you the real picture than paper over a contamination problem that a buyer's team will find anyway.
